I normally stick to just milk in my coffee, as it tones down the bitterness while letting the true flavor to come through. Initial tasting is done black, though. While flavored creamer is fun every now and then, it does add extra fat and sugar, which means extra calories. I have to maintain military fitness standards, so I try to avoid that.

Currently drinking one of the Starbucks Africa Passport series, and it’s really good. Had a Thin Mint brownie with it, to boot. I can definitely get behind the brownie, but the mint makes for a slightly weird transition. (Hubby crushes Thin Mint cookies into dark chocolate and chocolate fudge brownie mix.) Both are good separately, but the combination is iffy.
