This espresso was velvety and smooth. The cocoa notes really come through. It was a perfect latte espresso. We added a little bit of chocolate milk to the lattes and that seemed to enhance the cocoa notes even more. This is also the driest bean we’ve ever had. We had to adjust the grind to coarser than any others, which are typically wetter beans. In the end, this was one of our favorite espressos we’ve had. It should be noted, we have all our espressos in lattes. Highly recommend.
