I was skeptical about this coffee. Originally bought for a gift in September. Given back the gift in December as the recipient converted to drinking only cappuccino’s. I knew it wouldn’t be as fresh as when we got it. Plus, I usually like medium roasts. Well, tried it today in my French press and was blown away! It was dark, rich, smooth and only slightly bitter. Also tasted a little chocolatey. Much better than I had thought. A great coffee!
