☕️📍What’s your first memory with coffee? ☕ For me, it was the “Café claro” that my grandmother used to make. I remember how she would roast and grind the coffee beans by hand in our kitchen, enough to last a whole month. In the afternoons, she would just heat the water and prepare that delicious drink we call coffee. Mine was always very sweet and served with bread 😁. Those moments were perfect for listening to old stories and looking at old photos. 📸
**PS:** These photos are from a family trip to a beach house in 2021. Our moka pot broke, but we found this gem under a flowerpot, and my Uncle Cuevas made “Café carretero,” as we call it here. What do you call it in your country?
