Bôn Tea in Centreville, VA using Lost Sock Coffee Roaster's Two Steps coffee.

The coffee was drawn beautifully. The milk, a pleasant background for the even tasting dry notes of the coffee. Dried red fruit & dark caramel played nicely with chocolate in a more supportive role. No sugar needed because it was balanced & drawn well. They are true artisans here in every thing they do. The affogato is always my reason to come back. The natural bitterness & acidity are more pronouned in the espresso with cranberry & dried raspberry notes coming though.
