Merry Christmas 🎄. Hope everyone is doing well out there for these darkest days of the year. The days are getting longer now 🙂. Enjoying an Americano from Peru this morning. Nice balanced cup, but the tasting notes are subtle, and it was roasted a little too long for my tastes.
